Eminem and 50Cent achieve many new hits in the top 10 just before announcing world tour 2025

Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson Is Honored With A Star On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame

Eminem spent much of 2024 promoting his latest album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), which was released in July. The set was another huge hit all around the world, and it earned the rapper one more No. 1 title in a number of nations. While the project may have been greeted with excitement, it didn’t enjoy a long shelf life, and it looks like the hip-hop artist has largely stopped pushing the effort.

For weeks now, Eminem has doled out a handful of tunes as a featured guest on tracks fronted by other musicians. He is back on the charts this week alongside two other hip-hop favorites, including one of his closest collaborators and a longtime friend.

Eminem joins Snoop Dogg on his track “Gunz N Smoke,” which is featured on the latter musician’s new album Missionary, which dropped in mid-December. The track hasn’t been selected as a single, but the presence of Eminem—as well as 50 Cent—proved to be exciting enough to turn the cut into a hit.

“Gunz N Smoke” debuts on a pair of Billboard charts this week, and it lands in the same position on both of them. The collaborative affair launches at No. 4 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales and Rap Digital Song Sales rankings, which focus only on the bestselling titles in those styles in the U.S.

Eminem has now scored more than 100 hits on both of those tallies. “Guns N Smoke” brings him to the highest tier on the Rap Digital Song Sales chart for the sixty-eighth time in his career. He’s collected a total of 76 appearances between Nos. 1 and 10 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales ranking, including this latest smash.

Snoop reaches two milestones as “Guns N Smoke” debuts. The tune is the hip-hop star’s twelfth top 10 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales chart, and his fifteenth on the Rap Digital Song Sales list. 50—the man also known as Curtis Jackson—hasn’t snagged quite as many wins as his collaborators, though he’s still racking them up, decades into his career. “Guns N Smoke” brings him to the top 10 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales list for the ninth time, and it’s his eleventh top 10 smash on the rap-only roster.

Eminem’s 2024 has been very busy on these charts, as the tunes featured on his new album performed best on genre-specific tallies. He has now earned seven new top 10 hits on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales ranking in this calendar year alone. His sum on the Rap Digital Song Sales list is even more impressive, as he’s added nine wins to his career count in just the past few months.
