However, it needs to be taken into account that this Loki isn’t the same one that Thor saw get killed by Thanos, as the Loki TV show has been following a time-variant who escaped his capture from 2012’s The Avengers. That alone will no doubt cause some complex dynamics to emerge, especially with where this Loki is now.

Other than these prospective storylines with the MCU’s heroes, there is obviously also the looming threat of Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom, and it will be fascinating to see how the former villain does against The Multiverse Saga’s big bad.
