Pam Bondi thanked the president and smirked as she threatened to put away anyone who vandalized a Tesla ‘for 20 years’ with ‘no negotiations’
United States Attorney General Pam Bondi announced they’ve arrested ‘four’ people for vandalising Teslas amid worldwide protests.
The arrests come weeks after Bondi and Donald Trump announced they’d crack down on those destroying the private property of Trump’s close friend and advisor, CEO Elon Musk, who donated nearly $300 million to Trump’s campaign during last year’s election.
[The President] “gave us a directive to prosecute the people who are going after Tesla to the fullest extent of the law, some of the greatest police work I’ve seen. We’ve made 4 arrests. There will be no negotiations at your directive,” Bondi haughtily declared at a press conference.
“They’re all looking at 20 years in prison and within the next 24 hours you’re going to be seeing another huge arrest on a Tesla dealership president, and that person will be looking at at least 20 years in prison with no negotiations,” Bondi continued to smirk.
Weeks ago, Bondi accused Tesla vandals of using “weapons of mass destruction” amid mass protests, boycotts, and vandalism worldwide following Musk’s controversial appointment and subsequent role in dismissal of thousands of federal employees, alleged Nazi salutes, and the dismantling of government agencies.

Despite Trump’s public purchase of a Tesla at a White House event as a “show of confidence and support” for Musk, a national car shopping platform reported that drivers are trading in their Teslas at unprecedented rates.
Protests have erupted across the United States, Germany, and the UK, with incidents of cars being set alight, shot at, and defaced with large red swastikas.
Some owners are modifying their Teslas by “rebadging them” or applying stickers stating they bought the car “before Elon went crazy”, as the company’s stock continues to fall.
Trump looked thrilled when Pam Bondi made the announcement at his press conference
Trump had previously threatened to brand such vandals as “domestic terrorists.” Bondi has now warned that if arrested, they can face up to 20 years in prison.
During a Fox News segment, Bondi was asked to comment on the vandalism against Tesla cars when she said there have been three federal charges “so far” as investigations into the incidents are underway.
“We are looking at all of these cases across the country. We have a dedicated task force,” she said, adding, “These are not isolated incidents. These are not vandals. These are Molotov cocktails. That can be a weapon of mass destruction.”
Bondi warned people against the acts, promising “severe and swift consequences,” including up to two decades in prison for the three people who have been charged.
Musk, a close ally of Trump, has faced the wrath after firing thousands of federal workers through Department of Government Efficiency audits.
Bondi and Musk share an unusual bond with the former, having represented the Space X CEO against federal securities fraud charges in the past, alleged that Musk’s tweets misled shareholders about the financial status of Tesla and boosted stock prices, causing “significant market disruption.”
