Lily-Rose Depp knows what it takes to be 070 Shake’s honey.
After all, the Idol alum shared more insight into the magic of their loving relationship after nearly two years of dating.
“It’s that kind of je ne sais quoi,” Lily-Rose, who was born and raised in France, explained in an exclusive interview with E! News on the red carpet for the 15th annual Governor’s Awards Nov. 17. “You can’t describe that kind of feeling.”

Another essential aspect of a successful relationship? Supporting one another’s careers. For instance, Lily-Rose—who’s the daughter of Johnny Depp and ex Vanessa Paradis—couldn’t help but gush over the “Escapism” rapper’s new album Petrichor.
“I feel like there’s not enough time in these interviews to really sum it up,” the 25-year-old admitted. “But I’m incredibly proud. She’s incredibly talented.”
The Nosferatu actress—who confirmed their relationship last May—even starred in 070 Shake’s music video for “Winter Baby / New Jersey Blues,” in which she dances to the tune in a shimmering retro dive bar.
“With my muse,” the rapper wrote on Instagram Oct. 15. “Just having fun.”
Meanwhile, Lily-Rose shared her own reflection on the project with her girlfriend, whose real name is Danielle Balbuena.
“Got a call about being Shake’s video girl,” the King star captioned her Oct. 15 Instagram post. “I’m so proud of U baby <3 This was such a special day & such a family affair, thank you to all our incredible friends who made this happen.”

Despite sharing glimpses into her romance with 070 Shake, Lily-Rose has remained mostly private about her love life, which she credits to her childhood in the spotlight.
“The value of privacy is something that’s been instilled in me from an early age,” she said on The Drew Barrymore Show in 2021. “Growing up in a family like I did, it was always something that was—I always learned the importance of privacy and valuing that and keeping things just for yourself. That’s something that I’ve carried on into my own career and that’s really important to me.”
