“Point me in the right direction?” The right direction is to skip this. Disney has unveiled a new 60-second promo trailer for Snow White – the next “live-action” re-imagining of a classic animated movie – based on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937). “Make way for the magical movie event.” This fantastical music adventure journeys back into the timeless story featuring Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, and Sneezy. With all-new original songs from Benj Pasek & Justin Paul. Starring Rachel Zegler & Gal Gadot, who portray Snow White & the Evil Queen. Along with Andrew Burnap as Jonathan, Ansu Kabia as the Huntsman, Dujonna Gift as Maple, and Martin Klebba as Grumpy. Inspired by the Brothers’ Grimm fairytale, the film follows an Evil Queen who is jealous of Snow White’s beauty and orders a Huntsman to kill her so she can be the most beautiful person in the land. Taking her deep into the woods, the Huntsman ultimately can’t bring himself to kill Snow White and, after running away, she befriends the seven dwarfs. This still looks absolutely terrible and I won’t be wasting any of my time or money watching this in theaters.
