Queen Maeve Is Alive and Living With Her Girlfriend
By the end of The Boys Season 3, Queen Maeve fakes her death after jumping off the building with Soldier Boy to save everyone from his radiation blast. However, she got hit by it and lost all her powers but survived the fall. Later on, The Boys help her fake her death after which, she goes off to live with her girlfriend Elena. This is the reason why Queen Maeve is not in The Boys Season 4.

In a conversation with Deadline, Eric Kripke stated that the series will not reach its end before bringing back Queen Maeve. He even revealed that we could see her in the second half of The Boys Season 4.
