The fourth season of the Netflix series «The Witcher» has already been filmed and is in post-production, and the fifth season will be the final one and will be shot this year. These final seasons will see the debut of Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia, who replaced Henry Cavill after season 3. Although Netflix does not share information about these new seasons with fans, this gap was filled by actress Mimi M. Haisa, who plays Fringilla.
In an interview with Metro, Mimi spoke about the storylines of seasons 4 and 5:
«We are moving towards the final storylines, there is much more of a collective feeling. These last two seasons are working as one really long season. When we were shooting our final episode of season four, we did two slightly different variations because we don’t know where the season is going to end yet».

Mimi went on to talk about the series in a podcast with Gaby Roslin:
«Sorceresses find a way to either fight each other or fight for each other. And there are a lot of us together. But it’s pretty hard for this storyline about what you choose to fight for, which is really beautiful».
Regarding the sorceresses, Mimi is obviously alluding to the Sorceresses’ Lodge that Annifer formed at the end of season 3. There was some doubt as to whether Fringilla and Francesca would join the Netflix version of the Lodge, but judging by Mimi’s words, it looks like they will.
Mimi recalls the filming of these scenes:
«When we finished shooting the last season, which hasn’t been released yet, we suddenly had this wave: «Guys, this is the beginning of the final storyline». And it was all of us girls together on the set, as it was on our first day, all the sorceresses together. And we looked around and thought: we’re almost done. And it was really emotional. It was really emotional because it was a huge part of our lives. We became closer because of it».

Mimi also spoke about Liam Hemsworth joining the «Witcher» series. He was chosen for the role of Geralt in 2022 after Henry Cavill’s departure. Mimi admits that the expectations and demands were quite high, but Liam is doing a good job, even though he is sometimes nervous:
«When I see the work he does? Wow, what big shoes he had to step into; first of all».
She continues:
«I think that sometimes [with] actors, especially at his level, we can forget about the human being. This person who is also very nervous, a person who also thinks: «I have a big job», you know? Don’t forget that this is a huge job. It’s a huge platform. These are big shoes and he will also come with all his feelings about it».
