The Blind Auditions are done, and the Battles round is just around the corner for Season 27 of The Voice on NBC. That means it’s time for the Coaches to tap some mega-famous Battle Advisors for help.

Cynthia Erivo will sit in alongside Coach Michael Bublé during Battles-round rehearsals, joining Season 27 of The Voice only months after she electrified movie audiences as Elphaba Thropp in Universal Pictures’ screen adaptation of Wicked. A winner of Tony, Emmy, and Grammy Awards, Erivo is a consummate performer with, ahem, a wicked grasp of both music and stage style, making her a perfect team ally.

Chart-topping country superstar quartet Little Big Town is uniting with Team Kelsea for the Battles Round in Season 27, surging from the success of the group’s amazing 2024 release The Christmas Record (their first holiday-themed album ever!) With both Emmy and Grammy Awards under their collective belts, the members of Little Big Town (Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook) might just be lending the Artists of team Ballerini an oversized advantage — after all, it’s four Advisors in one!

Adam Levine is calling in a big assist from Kate Hudson, his Season 27 Battle Advisor. After spending the better part of the past two decades acing both the acting and the apparel game, Hudson is smack in the midst of revving up her own musical career, releasing her well-received 2024 debut album Glorious. 

Coco Jones — Battle Advisor for Team Legend

John Legend has tapped singer Coco Jones as his Battle Advisor. When she’s not playing super-cool it-girl Hilary Banks as part of the cast of Peacock’s Bel-Air, Jones is busy cooking up chart-climbing bangers and soulful ballads — like her Grammy-winning 2022 single “ICU.”  With a command of the stage that dates all the way back to her early years (as the 13 year-old star of the 2012 musical flick Let It Shine), Jones will definitely amp up the performance factor as Team Legend drives deeper into the competition.
