The Pitt Just Got Bigger: Noah Wyle’s New Drama Adds 9 Game-Changing Stars!

EXCLUSIVE: The Pitt, Max‘s upcoming drama series starring and executive produced by Noah Wyle, continues to round out its cast, adding nine actors in recurring roles. Shawn Hatosy (Animal Kingdom), Michael Hyatt (Snowfall), Jalen Thomas Brooks (Thanksgiving), Brandon Mendez Homer (The Good Fight), Kristin Villanueva (Bonding), Amielynn Abellera (The Cleaning Lady), Alexandra Metz (Chicago Fire), Krystel V. McNeil (South Side) and Deepti Gupta (For All Mankind) join the series from John Wells Productions and Warner Bros. Television.
In addition to Wyle, previously announced series regulars include Tracy Ifeachor, Patrick Ball, Supriya Ganesh, Fiona Dourif, Taylor Dearden, Isa Briones, Gerran Howell, Shabana Azeez, and Katherine LaNasa.
Created by R. Scott Gemmill (NCIS: Los Angeles, ER) who also serves as showrunner, The Pitt is a realistic examination of the challenges facing healthcare workers in today’s America as seen through the lens of the frontline heroes working in a modern-day hospital in Pittsburgh.

The Pitt is produced by John Wells Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, where JWP is under an overall deal. Gemmill will write the first episode and executive produce the series alongside Wyle, Wells and JWP’s Erin Jontow, Simran Baidwan and Michael Hissrich.
