She hustled, put in the work.

Taylor Swift’s personal trainer, Kirk Myers of celebrity-favorite gym Dogpound, revealed what it takes to get the pop superstar in top shape for her Eras Tour.

“It’s tailored,” the fitness expert cheekily told Vogue of Swift’s workout plan in an interview published Friday following the release of her 11th studio album, “The Tortured Poets Department.”

“We approached her training for the Eras Tour with the mindset like a professional athlete. There was an ‘offseason’ when she wasn’t touring and ‘in-season’ when she was.”

Myers explained that ahead of the tour’s opening night in March 2023, Swift worked out at Dogpound “six days a week for sometimes two hours a day.”

The longtime trainer said that in this “offseason,” he had the “Look What You Made Me Do” singer focus mostly on strength, conditioning and core work, which is the “key to help her while singing [and] dancing.”

Myers advises anyone looking to follow in Swift’s footsteps and do these kinds of exercises to hone in on their breathing.

“I know it’s outside the box, but fully breathing through workouts helps strengthen your core,” he explained.

Myers said Swift took it upon herself to work on cardio on her own time — outside of the gym.

The Grammy winner previously revealed that she would sing her entire 44-song Eras Tour setlist while running “fast for fast songs, and a jog or a fast walk for slow songs,” prompting Swifties to give it a try.

Myers shared that, more recently, Swift has continued to get workouts in “during the entire tour.”

“We would average two times a week,” the Dogpound founder, who has been working with the superstar for a decade, explained of how her schedule shifted during the “in-season training.”

He then noted that this particular regimen was more so about maintenance, with a focus on “stability, mobility [and] biomechanics.”

Swift, of course, also did some cardio while onstage with her dance routines. Her Eras Tour choreographer, Mandy Moore, told Page Six exclusively last November that the performer worked with her on a “ton of numbers in a very short amount of time” and was always ready to “practice whatever.”

Myers told Vogue of Swift’s choreography, “If you’ve seen the show, you know how intense it is physically.

“Imagine doing that three, four days in a row and then you finally have a few off days and you’re still showing up to gym. That’s Taylor.”

The celebrity trainer, who also keeps stars like Justin Bieber and Victoria’s Secret models looking fit, recognized that Swift’s workouts are “really hard.”

“Some people would probably throw up or have to lay down on the floor if they trained like her,” he said.

Myers then gushed of the “Shake It Off” singer, “Her work ethic is just incredible. I’m ready to be known as ‘Taylor Swift’s trainer.’ I don’t think there’s a cooler title out there.”

The fitness coach further raved that Swift is “the most resilient person” he has ever met, concluding, “It’s super-inspiring to see her consistently overcome obstacles and become better and stronger in the end.”

Last month, Swift was spotted at Dogpound in Los Angeles, where she and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, reportedly shut down the fitness hotspot for a private workout.

Even though the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, also 34, joked recently about packing on a few pounds during the NFL offseason, he has his own separate workout plan that he follows.

Earlier this month, trainer Laurence Justin Ng shared Kelce’s grueling regimen, which consists of explosive knee drives into uphill sprints, banded exercises and more.
