Travis Kelce’s dad, Ed Kelce, blasted Bethenny Frankel for repeatedly trolling his son’s relationship with Taylor Swift.
Ed reposted a Newsweek article with the headline, “Bethenny Frankel doubles down over Travis Kelce comments,” to his Facebook on Friday.
“Who TF is this troll?” Ed captioned his post, referring to the former “Real Housewives of New York City” star.
The article included a video in which Frankel, 53, predicted that Swift’s relationship with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end wouldn’t last.
“When you get into real life and you get into kids and marriage and things like that… it’s not easy [and] relationships take work. And it’s hard, because Taylor Swift is certainly a peacock. So they’re really usually can only be one peacock in a relationship,” Frankel said during her rant about how the pop star and three-time Super Bowl Champion are both alphas in their relationship.
Fans applauded Ed for dissing the Bravolebrity and sticking up for his son’s romance with Swift.
“Mr. Kelce, you are a f–king legend sir. I salute you,” one person commented on Ed’s post.
“Just when I didn’t think I could love the Kelce Family anymore we get Ed for another win,” a second person wrote.
“Ed you are a legend,” a third supporter chimed in, with another adding, “You are the dad America needs right now!”
“Papa Kelce said, grown or not don’t mess with his bear cub!” a commenter wrote.
Others backed up Ed’s criticism of Frankel and roasted the Skinnygirl founder for ripping into Travis’ romance with the “Anti-Hero” singer.
“She was a Un-Real Housewife. Has an opinion about everything. Trying to stay relevant. Just a Jabroni,” one critic said of Frankel.
“She also talked crap about Mama Kelce’s ziploc brand deal. She’s definitely putting the Kelce name in her mouth for clicks and engagement,” a second person said, referring to Travis’ mom, Donna Kelce.
“Yeah she’s a troll. Don’t worry though the swifties will come through and handle her lol,” a fan commented.
“Bethany is no one important. She thinks she knows it all and is a hater about everything and everyone,” another assured.
Ed has been a huge supporter of Travis’ relationship with Swift and gushed about her “gracious” personality earlier this month.
He and his ex-wife have been spotted bonding with the Grammy-winning artist at several of Travis’ games throughout the season.
Swift, 34, confirmed her relationship with the NFL star, also 34, in September 2023 after they secretly started dating that summer.
A source told Page Six that the “New Heights” podcast host is planning on proposing to his girlfriend this summer.
Frankel’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
