The ‘Bad Blood’ Singer Has Reportedly Celebrated Her Record-Breaking Victory At The Recent Grammy Awards By Buying Her Team Numerous Gifts Totaling $160,000.
Taylor Swift is said to have spent $160,000 on presents for her team to celebrate her record-breaking Grammys victory. The “Bad Blood” singer, 34, was the first artist in Grammys history on Sunday, February 4 to win best album four times at the annual awards, and is said to have splashed out to treat more than 30 of her “behind-the-scenes” staff.
“Taylor loves and takes care of them like family, she does a lot for all of them,” a source told The US Sun.
“Taylor had a historical year, and on a night where she made history, she is always very grateful and thanking the love and constant support from her team and collaborators. People felt very emotional when receiving the gifts. Everybody loved them.”
Taylor’s gifts are said to have included $1,880 Cartier shoulder bags, rose gold Cartier necklaces for $2,210 a pop that included a diamond pendant.
A source said she also handed out $2,710 Louis Vuitton bags while the men on her team apparently got gifts from the luxury fashion houses including bags for up to $2,570 apiece and $3,300 Christopher MM backpacks.
Her NFL star boyfriend Travis Kelce, 34, recently declared he considers her part of his family.
Travis revealed how close he and the singer – who he calls “Tay” – have got while he and his NFL player brother Jason, 36, reviewed an artwork a fan had sent them, which showed the Philadelphia Eagles star tearing off his shirt and jumping into the crowd after Travis scored a touchdown during the Kansas City Chiefs vs Bills playoff game on January 21.
He said on his and Jason’s “New Heights” podcast, “Look, you got the whole fam.”
The painting showed Jason standing in its centre alongside his and Travis’ parents Donna and Ed Kelce, who were cheering in the picture alongside his wife Kylie Kelce, 31, and Taylor.
Travis added, “You can tell that’s dad. That’s damn good. And you can tell that’s Ky in the back, you can tell that’s Tay, mom, yeah, that’s good stuff right there.”
