The dancer’s Instagram followers praised his ‘amazing’ interpretation of the song.

One of the dancers who is traveling with Taylor Swift in support of her international Eras Tour choreographed a dance for a song included on the pop star’s newest album.

“So Long, London” was among the new tracks included on Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department, a project she first teased while onstage at the 2024 Grammy Awards in February. She released her new music on April 19 as a surprise double album, with 31 songs in all.

Jan Ravnik, a professional dancer who joined the “Cruel Summer” singer’s tour when it first kicked off in the U.S. in March 2023, revealed in a Sun., May 5 Instagram post that he recently choreographed a passionate dance for “So Long, London.”

In the video, Ravnik and fellow dancer Audrey Case demonstrated their strength and passion for the art form as they whirled their way through a large and mostly empty room. Many of their acrobatic moves were executed in close coordination, with Ravnik and Case leaning on each other at various points throughout their joint performance.

The dance followed another that Ravnik recently choreographed for one of the “Lover” songstress’ other new songs. On April 27, he shared a video in which he performed a different choreographed number with fellow dancer Karen Chuang. That earlier video was set to “Fortnight,” Swift’s first single from her new album.

Ravnik shared the videos just days before he and the rest of Swift’s touring team were expected to be in Paris for the first night of her Eras Tour’s European leg. Swift will be returning to the stage after a two-month break from performing. Her tour most recently stopped in Australia and Singapore for a string of dates in February and March with her opener at the time, Sabrina Carpenter.

Paramore will be opening for Swift for her upcoming stretch of concerts in Europe and the U.K. The “Anti-Hero” singer’s next series of shows kicks off of May 9.
