Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Alleged Relationship Takes an Unexpected Turn, Leaving Fans Surprised

Despite rumors of engagements, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are allegedly not talking rings just yet.

“Travis has no plans on proposing to Taylor anytime soon,” an insider told Us Weekly. “It’s not even on his radar. Marriage is something he takes very seriously and not something he would ever just jump into without giving it some careful consideration.”

It was also revealed that although Kelce “cares very deeply” about the pop singer, but “he’s just not there yet,” in terms of a proposal.

This follows extensive online engagement speculation about Swift and Kelce, both 34. The couple recently enjoyed a romantic getaway to Lake Como between stops on Swift’s European Eras Tour — after her performances in Paris and before her shows in Stockholm — further fueling engagement rumors.

The Kansas City Chiefs player attended her last Paris show and is reportedly rejoining her in Europe. Following their Lake Como rendezvous, Kelce returned to the U.S. to host the Kelce Jam music festival with his brother, Jason Kelce. According to the US Sun, Kelce plans to fly to Portugal for Swift’s shows on Friday, May 24, and Saturday, May 25, and then they will travel together to Monaco for the Formula One Grand Prix.

Kelce and Swift’s relationship has been public since September 2023 but they aren’t rushing into anything just yet.

“Travis and Taylor have no plans on getting engaged this summer,” a separate source told Us Weekly in January. “Things between them are going amazing, but they haven’t even been together for a year yet and still have so much to learn about each other.”
The insider revealed that although “some may even believe” that an engagement might happen, it won’t “anytime soon.”
