Spice Up Your Holidays with a Walking Dead Twist: AMC’s Cruel Log Brings Creepy Cheer to Christmas!

AMC Networks is ready to celebrate the holidays with you during the Best Christmas Ever Celebration. The network has a huge list of festive programming, including family favorites National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, Elf, Fred Claus, Four Christmases, Christmas with the Kranks, Miracle on 34th Street, and more. On Dec. 1, AMC will reveal two special yule log videos, one for Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches and The Walking Dead: Cruel Log.

In 2018, AMC launched a Walking Dead-themed yule log video featuring a cozy fire, decorated Christmas tree, gentle falling snow, and creepy Walker hands clawing at the window. On Dec. 1, 2024, AMC+ will launch another Walking Dead yule log for fans to enjoy this holiday season. AMC description of the new version: Snuggle in with some cocoa and a crossbow, as even the cold hearts of Walkers can’t resist some warm holiday cheer by the Cruel Log! Take a seat by the fire in a Walker wonderland!

Along with the TWD-themed version, AMC+ has added the Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches Yule Log, described as: These witches are conjuring up the holiday spirit. Join us by the fire to spice up your festive season.

Don’t miss the premiere of AMC’s exclusive film Christmas Eve in Miller’s Crossing on Dec. 6. The film stars Michael Cera, Sawyer Spielberg and Francesca Scorsese. Synopsis: On Christmas Eve, a family gathers for what could be the last holiday in their ancestral home. As the night wears on and generational tensions arise, one of the teenagers sneaks out with her friends to claim the wintry suburb for her own.
