The Brit Awards 2025 are happening this Saturday, March 1, at the O2 Arena in London. With the big night just around the corner, everything is almost set, and the full lineup of performances has been revealed.
Sam Fender and Lola Young are the latest artists confirmed to take the stage. Both are nominated—Fender for Best Rock Artist and Young for Best Pop Artist—and this could be their second time performing at the Brits in London.
Sabrina Carpenter is also set to perform and will receive the Global Success Award, making history as the first international artist to win this honor.
The Brits 2025 lineup includes a mix of top global stars, such as JADE, Myles Smith, Shaboozey, Teddy Swims, and The Last Dinner Party. They’ll be performing some of the biggest hits of the past year, including ‘A Bar Song (Tipsy),’ ‘Lose Control,’ and ‘Angel of My Dreams.’
Could One Direction Make a Surprise Appearance at the Brit Awards?
It’s a hope that has been around for years. But now, it’s more than just nostalgia or entertainment—it could be a meaningful tribute from the British music industry to one of its own, who was sadly lost in 2024. Will the Brit Awards 2025 bring One Direction back together to honor Liam Payne?
A One Direction reunion at the Brits wouldn’t just be a tribute to Liam; it could also bring closure to the millions of fans who have followed them from the start. What was first announced as a temporary break in August 2015 (after Zayn left the band on March 25 of that year) slowly turned into something much more permanent.
Liam Payne’s tragic passing, after falling from the third floor of his hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina, makes it unlikely that Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Zayn Malik would fully restart the band. But the idea of one last performance together—as a tribute, a farewell, and a way to honor Liam—is not completely off the table.
