This content includes zombies that look like the comics, as well as new assets from locations visited in Robert Kirkman’s stories, such as prisons and other survivor settlements.

Coincidentally, among the new items announced as part of the collaboration is a new outfit for Negan, one of the most popular and beloved characters among fans of the franchise. Curiously, however, this is the Negan of the comics and not an outfit with the look of Jeffrey Dean Morgan, the actor who played the character in the TV series. This aspect of the character has an inked and cel-shaded touch, emphasizing his origins in the pages of the comics.

For fans it was a huge disappointment, especially considering that previously released outfits of ‘The Walking Dead’ in Fortnite as those of Rick Grimes, Daryl Dixon and Michonne, had the appearance of their respective interpreters: Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, and Danai Gurira.
