Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce showed up at Patrick Mahomes’ charity gala last weekend, and the appearance was best described as incredibly cute. Mostly due to this video of Travis repeatedly kissing Taylor on the shoulder:

But depending on how much time and energy you put into hunting down every possible clip of these two at this event, you may recall that Travis went on stage and once again belted out a rendition of “Viva Las Vegas.” Which appears to be his thing! Like, the man cannot stop singing this song to save his life! And this time Taylor’s reaction to him singing at was caught on camera….which naturally means lip readers did their thing.

According to lip reader @tismejackie, Taylor turned to her right and may have said “that again” before adding “I can’t do it.” Though some commenters on TikTok think she said “That again, I knew it.”

As for who Tay was talking to, Page Six reports that she was sitting next to Patrick Mahomes—so obviously if this is an accurate reading of what Taylor said, it was done so with nothing but love.

Anyway! While we’re here, update on the whole will they / won’t they saga of Tay and Trav attending the Met Gala. According to the most recent reporting from People, the couple won’t be going due to Taylor focusing on rehearsals ahead of her Eras Tour starting on May 9 in Paris. Which makes sense considering there are rumors she’s adding a brand new Tortured Poets set!
