Joy Behar, 81, Playfully Teases About ‘Getting It On with a Lady’ in Her 90s

Joy Behar joked that she is still interested in having a rendezvous with a woman.

During Thursday’s episode of “The View,” the host was asked by her close pals Sandra Bernhard and Judy Gold –– who are both in the LGBTQIA+ community –– if she had “ever gotten it on with a lady.”

“No. But someday, I will,” the 81-year-old said with a laugh.

However, she clarified that she would “do it” in her 90s after Bernhard pointed out that she “better hurry it up” due to her age.

Despite her fantasy, Behar is married to Steve Janowitz, whom she met at a “semi-nudist colony” in 1982.

“I don’t know if you know this about me, but I met my husband at a semi-nudist colony. It’s true. He was naked, I was not. Because for a man to see me naked, I have to be in his will,” she said on a March 2020 episode of “The View.”

The actress then revealed they hit it off later that night while attending a movie in the colony — and this time, they were fully clothed.

“People say, ‘Joy, really? That twitching, crazy woman on ‘The View?’” she recalled while laughing.

The two went on to date for nearly 30 years before tying the knot in a private New York City ceremony in August 2011.

The couple originally planned to walk down the aisle in 2009, but she called off the engagement after getting “cold feet.”

“I waited until all the parents were dead. So I have no in-laws at all. He has none and I have none. ’Cause marriage is mostly about in-laws, I find. They always want you to visit them and come for lasagna,” she said during a 2011 episode of “The Rachael Ray Show.”

Before Janowitz, Joy was married to Joe Behar from 1962 to 1981. The exes share daughter Eve Behar Scotti, 53.
