Learn about the titles releasing on Prime Video this week:
Paatal Lok Season 2

Season 2 of Paatal Lok takes the beloved ‘Hathi Ram Chaudhary’ and his warriors into dangerous new terrain, a “fresh hell” that will put them to the ultimate test. Fans can expect an even darker, more immersive, and perilous world as the second season begins, elevating the drama barometer to unprecedented heights. Clean Slate Filmz and Eunoia Films LLP collaborated on the show, and Avinash Arun Dhaware directed it. Produced and written by Sudip Sharma, Paatal Lok Season 2 will feature returning actors like Jaideep Ahlawat and Ishwak Singh as well as newcomers Tillotama Shome, Nagesh Kukunoor, and Jahnu Barua, who will play important roles. Starting on January 17, the criminal drama will only be available in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
I Want to Talk

Before he learns he has just 100 days to live, Arjun is enjoying the “American Dream”—a life in which he doesn’t dislike talking but rather thrives on it. His sole desires are to spend time with his estranged daughter, who is seven years old, and to stay alive. The plot of I Want to Talk, a ‘daughter-father’ narrative based on actual events, revolves around this wacky man’s manipulative ways. Shoojit Sircar helms the picture, which is a collaboration between Rising Sun Films and Kino Works. The film also stars Abhishek A. Bachchan in an ensemble role alongside Jayant Kriplani, Pearle Dey, Kristin Goddard, Johnny Lever, and Ahilya Bamroo. The OTT debut of the touching drama is scheduled for January 17.
Unstoppable

Drawn from Anthony Robles’s and Austin Murphy’s book the movie Unstoppable is based on the true tale of Anthony Robles, played by Jharrel Jerome, who overcame enormous obstacles in his pursuit of his aspirations despite being born with only one leg. A member of the Arizona State Wrestling team, Anthony overcomes obstacles with the unfaltering love and support of his coaches and his dedicated mother, Judy (Jennifer Lopez). Becoming an NCAA Champion, though, will require every ounce of his mental and physical strength. William Goldenberg is the director and producer of the docudrama sports film, which features Jharrel Jerome, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, and Anthony Robles, as well as Don Cheadle and Jennifer Lopez. The producers include Ben Affleck, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, Anthony Robles, David Crockett, Andy Fraser, and Gary Lewis. On January 16, the film will have its premiere in both Hindi and English.
The Calendar Killer

The film is based on Sebastian Fitzek’s best-selling German thriller and follows the protagonist Klara, who faces certain death unless she murders her husband. The Calendar Killer has presented her with that seemingly insurmountable dilemma. Just as Jules is about to begin his night shift at a phone safety helpline for women who are home alone, Klara calls him. He quickly realizes that she is in danger, and he dashes against the clock to save her. The crime thriller, which was directed by Adolfo J. Kolmerer, features Luise Heyer, Sabin Tambrea, and Friedrich Mücke, and starred in Der Junge muss an die frische Luft, Babylon Berlin, and Balloon, respectively. On January 16, The Calendar Killer will be available for streaming solely in English and Hindi.
