They first appeared on Britain’s Got Talent in 2010, where they were the runners-up.
They then returned to compete in the spinoff show Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions in 2019, where they won and became the Champion of Champion.
Fast forward six years since they shot to fame and the duo still have rhythm.
Despite their impressive skills, some fans were left more distracted by their “ageless” appearance.
One wrote: “Never mind their dancing…..how come they haven’t aged AT ALL!!!??? legit magicians.”

A third said: “Still got such mad talent I remember watching you.”
“British legends, still remember your BGT audition like it was yesterday,” a fourth added.
The two lads have been friends since their secondary school days.
Glen and Ashley first met at the BRIT School of Performing Arts and Technology where they both ended up studying for a BTEC National Diploma in dance, ballet, tap dance and jazz dance.
Ashley and Glen received a lot of online attention with their “streetomedy” videos, leading the two to enter Britain’s Got Talent.
Following their time on the ITV show, Twist and Pulse landed several TV opportunities on shows including Magic Numbers, where they did a dance that was made up from the music of blockbuster movies.
In 2011, Glen and Ashley landed their next spot on television when they were guests on Keith Lemon’s ITV2 show Celebrity Juice.
Other programs that soon followed were CBBC’s The Slammer, ITV’s Tenable and BBC One’s Let’s Dance for Comic Relief with Lee Nelson.
When the London 2012 Olympic Games commenced, Twist and Pulse presented and performed at every date of the 70-day Olympic Torch Reply Tour.
In 2013, the boys made an incredible move to perform for the biggest street dance TV show on CCTV News, which was watched by over 400 million people.
In early 2019, it was announced that Twist and Pulse were to return to Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions and were crowned the ultimate winner.
More recently, the duo threw their hats into the ring to choreograph Simon Cowell’s first dance with Lauren Silverman at their wedding.
They said they would love to teach BGT boss Simon some moves ahead of his big day after he popped the question to longtime girlfriend Lauren on Christmas Eve in Barbados.
And they already have experience of putting together a routine for a big occasion having taught Ant and Dec’ some moves for Saturday Night Takeaway’s End of the Show Show in 2020.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Twist – Ashley – said: “Line it up please, if you’ve got Simon’s number, line it up. We’re rehearsing already.”
Pulse, aka Glen, added: “We could sort out his first dance for him, easy.”
They recently produced their own Christmas film and have now entered the world of NFTs.
