Billionaire Heiress Andrea Catsimatidis and Reality TV Royal ‘Prince’ Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe Part Ways

The fairytale romance is over.

Gristedes supermarket heir Andrea Catsimatidis and her reality TV show royal, ‘Prince’ Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe have called it quits, Page Six has learned.

“We went our separate ways,” Andrea told Page Six on Tuesday.

Andrea didn’t offer further details — and it’s unclear why they ended things — but one source told us they broke things off, “about a month ago.’”

Prince Mario-Max has appeared on several reality shows including Germany’s “Big Brother” and Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” and he also searched for love on “Millionaire Matchmaker.”

His appearances have earned him the title of “King of Trash TV” in reports.

The royal and Andrea — who is the daughter of billionaire Gristedes owner and media mogul John Catsimatidis — met last September at Rampoldi restaurant on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, according to sources.

They went Instagram official and declared their love for each other on Valentine’s Day.

“So in love… celebrating five months on this magical journey with my soulmate. We feel truly blessed to have found true love, it is everything we ever wanted and even more than we could have ever dreamed of,” Andrea captioned a photo of the pair in Paris.

Andrea is the chairwoman of the Manhattan Republican Party. She was previously married to Richard Nixon’s grandson, Christopher Nixon Cox, and she filed for divorce in 2014.

The prince did not get back to us by deadline.
