Since Frenchie has a lot of experience in pharmacology and was even helping Sameer, he might be able to recreate the virus. Frenchie also has access to Kimiko’s detached leg that was infected by the virus when Sameer injected her with it in episode 7.

Given how the boys have a ticking clock over their heads with the elections’ results around the corner, it seems like Frenchie does not have enough to create the virus again.
