These ones aren’t a waste of time!

These days Prime Video ’s chart is dominated by the new comedy that in fact isn’t worth watching. Yes, you heard right, Emma Roberts’ Space Cadet premiered with 26% Tomatometer, as it serves cringe rather than decent humor or even guilty pleasure.

If you like the Scream Queens’ star, there are still some must-see flicks starring the actress. Here are 5 of Roberts’ movies, rated 65% or higher on RT and available on Prime.

Who We Are Now (2017) — 96% on RT

First comes quite an underdog drama gem that, however, earned such a high critical score. It follows a woman who comes out of prison and teams up with an idealistic, yet courageous public defense worker (Roberts) to get her son back from her sister.

    The Blackcoat’s Daughter (2015) — 75% on RT

The actress is no stranger to horrors, as she starred in the American Horror Story banger show. This chilling must-watch has Roberts playing a mentally unstable woman who enters an isolated prep school, only to find an unseen evil force hidden there.

    Palo Alto (2013) — 70% on RT

Next is a hyped R-rated drama that offers quite an authentic portrayal of rebellious teens who go all in on having casual sex and using drugs. The actress here portrays an asocial high schooler who is deeply in love with her soccer coach (James Franco ).

    Paradise Hills (2019) — 68% on RT

By blending science fiction, fantasy and thriller elements, this gem follows a group of women who are sent to a seemingly idyllic island where they must undergo some behavioral modifications. Be sure that it’s a suspenseful roller coaster of a flick.

    Nerve (2016) — 68% on RT

Finally, here is a thriller where Roberts co-stars with another Franco brother, Dave. The actors’ chemistry is in the air while playing two people who end up participating in an online truth or dare game. It is packed with action and extremely unique visuals.
