Meghan Markle will be bringing out her highly anticipated Netflix cooking show later this month, but the release date clashes with a huge event for the royal family.
The Duchess of Sussex delighted fans as she released a trailer for the program and revealed it will be airing on January 15. That’s also a big day for the royal family as it will see them celebrating Princess Michael of Kent’s 80th birthday.
The royal’s birthday comes after she suffered two broken wrists after falling down the stairs at her home in Kensington Palace. It’s yet to be revealed how she will be marking her special day.
Meghan’s new show is called ‘With Love, Meghan’ and will give fans the chance to see her cooking and housemaking skills. The Duchess of Sussex released the trailer for the show on her Instagram account on Thursday.

The video features a host of A-list celebrities including Mindy Kaling and Meghan’s Suits co-star Abigail Spencer. Renowned chefs Roy Choi and Alice Waters also made an appearance in the trailer.
Prince Harry is also seen embracing his wife in the clip, with Meghan also seen inviting friends and famous guests to a California estate. The show’s release came one day after Meghan returned to Instagram for the first time in five years.
Writing alongside the trailer, Meghan said, “I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it. Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support – and fun!”
Meghan’s new series was filmed in the home of one of her neighbors, which is believed to be worth $6 million. ‘With Love, Meghan’ was reportedly filmed inside Tom and Sherrie Cipolla’s property.
The Daily Mail reported the home includes eight acres of lemon groves and avocado trees, as well as four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property’s kitchen features From Ceasarstone countertops, a large island and cream cabinetry.
