On Thursday evening, the Boston Celtics are hosting the Detroit Pistons in Massachusetts.

During the second half, All-Star forward Jayson Tatum had a fantastic dribble-move that got a lot of attention on social media.

Tatum’s move helped him drive to the basket where he finished off a layup (and was fouled).

Tatum is in the middle of another fantastic season and came into the evening with averages of 26.9 points, 8.5 rebounds and 4.2 assists per contest while shooting 47.7% from the field and 34.7% from the three-point range in 28 games.

The Celtics are the first seed in the Eastern Conference with a 23-6 record in their first 29 games.

They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak and are 8-2 over their last ten games.

Most recently, the Celtics defeated Anthony Davis and the Los Angeles Lakers by a score of 126-115.

In 41 minutes of playing time, Tatum had 22 points, five rebounds, five assists and four steals while shooting 7/17 from the field and 2/8 from the three-point range.

Following the Pistons, the Celtics will remain home to host the Toronto Raptors on Friday evening.

They are a perfect 14-0 on their home floor in Boston.

Tatum was the third pick in the 2017 NBA Draft out of Duke and is in his seventh season in the league (all with the Celtics).

His career averages are 22.7 points, 7.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 46.0% from the field and 37.3% from the three-point range.
