In all US states the medicinal use of can:nabis is legal, while in 24 of the 52 states its recreational use is also legal. Even in… ultra-conservative Texas there is no legal problem if someone smokes can:nabis, only the Mavericks have to “answer” for specific reasons and not apologize for their athlete’s hooey, which is actually quite widespread in circles – even in the NBA locker room.
The thing is, in addition to smoking, Curry also drank. While the fact that he was in the car (at a standstill) and would probably then drive under the influence of alcohol, creates irritation in the organization because of the image extracted from this behavior of the player.
