Hunter Lavine had a sports career of her own in college

BASKETBALL star Zach Lavine has been able to rely on one solid constant during his NBA career.

Lavine has been with his partner Hunter ever since they met in high school.

The pair both had athletic aspirations growing up and chased their dreams at college.

Now, they share the same vision with Hunter giving birth to their son Saint Thomas Lavine last August.

Zach and Hunter met at high school in Bothell, Washington.

The aspiring basketball star went on to play at UCLA before being drafted in 2014.

He spent three years with the Minnesota Timberwolves before moving to the Chicago Bulls in 2017.

Hunter, meanwhile, played soccer at Seattle University before reuniting with Zach after college.

The couple engaged at the beginning of the Covid pandemic in April 2020.

Zach posted a touching message to his partner on social media and called it a “long time coming.”

He wrote: “My everything I love you with all of me.

“It’s been a long time coming, been together since I was 17!

“My first love and my forever love.”

Hunter is a regular at Zach’s games and often posts courtside images on Instagram.

She has just shy of 100,000 followers and offers an insight into their relationship.

At just 28 years old, Zach has plenty of years left in him at the top level.

And he will hope to share them with his “first and forever love” as he’s done all his career.
