In the 1980s, Evander Holyfield was the undisputed cruiserweight champion and earned over $350 million. The former boxer retired to spend time with his family after a few losses and diminishing ventures.

One of his biggest properties, his Georgia house, required repair. According to The Sun, the mansion was auctioned due to foreclosure because it cost $1 million  to maintain. The mansion was listed for $8.2 millionafter Holyfield sold it to a bank for $7.5 million. The auction started at $2.5 million, but Ross bought it for $5.8 million.

In 1994, Fayetteville County, Georgia’s property was built. 45,000 square feet cover 235 acres of the palace. A big fountain in the driveway and a white stone facade with moldings make this home stunning. All eyes are drawn to the majestic double-winding stairway that goes upstairs. The 109 rooms have 12 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms.

In addition to the mansion, Rick Ross has owned several properties. He paid $5.2 million for a coastal Fort Lauderdale property with eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms in 2012. He sold the Georgia estate for $6 million in 2016, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
