The problem isn't even Wemby, they deadass don't wanna run plays for him and lack a good PG to set him up like Chet with Shai. At this point, the team will hold him back from ROY convos and that's just it.

The problem isn’t Wemby, they don’t want to go through him in systems and he’s missing a good playmaker to use like Chet with Shai.

If the Spurs really wanted to win, we imagine that Tre Jones would be a potential starter when we see his performance with Victor. Popovich prefers to innovate with Sochan at the lead, while Devin Vassell had his chance at position 1. But is this a good solution? Not for the fans.

The Spurs still have quite astonishing management with Victor Wembanyama. The fans are angry, especially with the front office and the fact that the roster lacks a true leader. A rookie season far from optimal for Wemby.
