With a successful debut for Spurs, Victor Wembanyama has certainly not calmed the hype surrounding him.
The media continues to predict an incredible future for him in the NBA, so much so that every object associated with the Frenchman is worth a small value.

Despite a barrage of defeats at Spurs in recent weeks, Victor Wembanyama confirms that he is already a very talented player.
There are things to correct like turnovers and shot selection (and therefore his percentages), but the Frenchman is causing a sensation for his debut in Texas.
And that’s just the beginning for the former Mets member.

Some observers predict a grandiose career for Wemby.
The kind that could allow him to compete with Michael Jordan and LeBron James for the title of GOAT, at least in the opinion of polemicist Skip Bayless.

The first jersey worn by Victor Wembanyama during an NBA game has just sold at auction for $762,000. This is the largest amount for a rookie jersey.
If Wemby does indeed become an NBA legend in the future, then this jersey could go crazy in value.
This is why some fans are rushing to get such a copy, even if it means paying a lot of money. Enough to make some supporters dizzy.
Note that this is a record for a player who is still only a rookie, proof of the hype, but Kobe Bryant remains untouchable if we take the others into account.
