NBA – Overpowering, Giannis explodes the counters and unleashes something never seen before in 55 years!

La superstar NBA des Milwaukee Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo

Author of an incredible performance two days earlier, against Dallas, Giannis Antetokounmpo did it again against the Wizards this Monday.

These two crazy stat lines have also allowed him to dust off the NBA history books.

Somewhat unrecognizable at the start of the season, he seems to have already found his cruising speed, at the expense of the powerless opposing defenses.

After a short period of adaptation alongside his new teammate, Damian Lillard, Giannis Antetokounmpo has seemed more formidable than ever in recent days.

He has also confirmed this impression in recent hours, on the Wizards floor:

Giannis Antetokounmpo explodes everything and imitates Wilt Chamberlain

Simply untenable at the Capital One Arena, Giannis compiled a whopping 42 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists with disconcerting ease.

Better yet, he continued his magnificent momentum in terms of efficiency, missing only 3 of his 23 shooting attempts against Washington D.C.! Enough to write a new page in the history of the league, 55 years after that written by a certain Wilt Chamberlain:

Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Bucks became the first NBA player to average at least 40 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists on 75% shooting or higher in two consecutive games since Wilt Chamberlain, who achieved the same feat between the 16 and March 18, 1968.

When your name is listed alongside that of Wilt in the NBA tablets, you can consider yourself to have achieved something big.

Antetokounmpo can therefore have a smile, he who obviously contributed to the new victory of the Bucks (142-129) with such a performance.

After a shaky start, his franchise now appears in 3rd place in the Eastern Conference (10-4) and is only one game behind 1st place, held by the Celtics.

Suffice to say that the Greek Freak has not finished causing misery to his opponents.

Devilishly effective for a few days, Giannis Antetokounmpo has just disgusted the Wizards’ defense after doing the same with that of the Mavericks. A nice way to prepare for the clash of the titans which is coming against Boston, scheduled for this Wednesday.
