Dillon Brooks’ strong words on Stephen Curry
An excellent outside defender, Brooks was logically instructed to mark Curry in order to limit his offensive impact as much as possible. However, he was unable to do anything about this crazy sequence which practically sealed the victory for Golden State (106-95). Sequence which obviously attracted a notable reaction from Steph, but also from the Houston winger, generally satisfied with his work on his opponent:
Apart from the last shot, I think I was in a good position to hinder him on all the others. But it shows that he is a great player. Even when he has a bad game, he is able to find a way to score shots at the end of the game and get his team out of a bad situation.
