James (on his shot): “I just tried to get him to lower his hand a little because I know he has a big wingspan, and I know he can block a shot in that area. I managed to aim a little higher and get that shot in.”

For his first official confrontation against LeBron James, Victor Wembanyama will be able to congratulate himself on the victory. A relief for the Texan franchise, which really needed it at the moment. Hopefully it continues for them from now on.
