Magic Johnson enjoys luxurious life in a 10,000 square meter Bel-Air mansion with his beloved wife

A six-bedroom property in Moraga Estates that was formerly home to a Los Angeles Lakers player is currently listed for sale for $14.5 mιllιon. The 10,000 square foot gated community is also being offered for sale by the seller, Compass dealer Nancy Ellin. The home boasts six bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, and even a locker room with walls covered in autographs from illustrious NBA players.

Ellin purchased the home in 2004 and renovated it with a variety of upscale additions. Ellin tells Mansion Global that the home has undergone a complete refurbishment and now features top-of-the-line appliances, marble, custom cabinets, and Moroccan/Spanish design elements that were motivated by our trips. It is a very special spot to live and the ideal location for a celebration. The grounds are excellent and include a pool, built-in barbecue, fire pit, and a sizable brick patio.

The entrance of the three-story house includes a drɑmɑtic lobby with a grand staircase and handmade wide wood plank flooring throughout. An beautiful formal dining room with custom built-ins and a silver leaf soffit ceiling is accessible from the first level.

Only a few steps separate the spacious living area from the family room, which includes a wood-burning fireplace and a seating rotunda in the Moroccan style. A unique chef’s kitchen with marble counters, a seating island, and a butler’s closet is near by. French doors leading to the backyard are located on all sides of a sizable breakfast area, allowing enough of light to enter.

The second floor houses the spacious main room. It offers a balcony, a sitting area, and a fireplace. The sleek, all-white master bathroom is stylish. It contains a Jacuzzi tub and a steam shower. The third level houses a sizable, fully equipped gym, three bunk beds for children, a guest bedroom, and a bathroom. Johnson has a custom-built indoor basketball court, as you may have imagined. You can peek through a window in the game area to see how your buddies behave if you’d like to merely observe.
