“I Wanted to Sit Back..”: Lebron James’ Wife Willingly Sacrificed Her Career and the Spotlight to Raise “Kind, Respectful and Humble” Kids

Savannah’s sacrifices helped LeBron James to be the King on and off the court. She is the backbone that the entire James household latches on. Thus, her own aspirations took a back seat as the rest of her family grew up and prospered. Now, we get to see the talents of the Beautiful Savannah James, with “The King and The Viking” advertisement, and it is only the beginning.

Savannah, the voice and moral compass of the King, sat for an interview with Essence. And it is a great read for anyone who wants a dose of positivity to look up in life.

The Family

There are many roles in a family, but the toughest of them all is to be “A Mother.” Savannah gave birth to Bronny when she was only 18, and since then her family has taken precedence over her own ambitions. In her own words, “she had to sit back,” to let LeBron and the kids have the full share of her focus and attention. And she is happy that she could raise “kind, respectful, and humble kids.” With her motherly duties on autopilot, we get to see the artistry of Savannah James in her first voice-over rendition for “The Beats” advertisement.

The Soccer and the Basketball worlds became one for this Beats campaign. “The King and The Viking” advertisement portrays Erling Haaland and LeBron James. And it has the voices of Savannah and Erling’s father to bring the soul of the concept to the fore. This ad had an instant impact because of its authenticity and depth. And for good measure, it is the families that brought on the aesthetic.

Savannah reveals that her voice-over had an effortless appeal because that is the way she communicates with her family. Now, what was privy to the King alone, gets to be heard throughout the world. Thus, LeBron must be a proud man.

The Young Ones

Bryce and Bronny James are in their late teens, and are on their way to chasing their dreams. That leaves the James household with the 9-year-old Zhuri who takes all the attention of her parents. Savannah tells that the gap between Bryce and Zhuri, which is of 10 years, had helped her parent Zhuri in a relaxed fashion. Zhuri’s all-things-Zhuri Instagram page boasts of nearly 45000 followers.

With her motherly duties being taken care of, Savannah James is gearing up for her next act. Something which would be personal and creative. Thus, we can hope to see more of her talents in the future.
