Stephen Curry is one of the most entertaining players the NBA has ever seen. His trophy cabinet is full of individual and collective trophies, but it’s moments of greatness on the court that stick with fans.

From his 32-foot game-winner against the Thunder to breaking the all-time record for three-pointers, Curry has never failed to create magic with the basketball in his hands.

Now at age 35, one would expect Curry to begin his gradual decline. But if what he did on Sunday night to Dillon Brooks is any indication, the point guard is still at the top of his game.

Curry’s ball handling and dribbling has always been elite, and he takes it as a challenge when a tenacious defender is matched up on him. Brooks was named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team last season and is known for his annoying tactics.

Curry threw all of that out the window, shaking him loose, letting him flail at his pump fake and knocking down the three-pointer. What surprised many was Curry’s reaction, channeling “The Scream” by putting his hands on the side of his head with his mouth open.

The sharpshooter finished the game with 24 points, making six of 14 three-pointers while adding seven rebounds and six assists. The Golden State Warriors are now 2-1 and have quickly bounced back from their opening game loss to the Phoenix Suns.

Klay Thompson reaches a new height

Meanwhile, Curry’s “splash brother”, Klay Thompson, made some history during the game against the Houston Rockets. He reached the Top 10 in all-time three-pointers made during the regular season.
