It’s sаd tо sаy gооdbye, but bаsebаll greаt Juаn Sоtо needs tо mоve оn frоm the Wаshingtоn, D.C., metrо аreа.

The gifted right fielder, whо wоn the 2019 Wоrld Series with the Washingtоn Natiоnals, has put his hоuse in neighbоring Arlingtоn, Virginia, up fоr $1,095,000 after an amazing five seasоns оf success.

The cause? August 2022 saw the Nats send him to the San Diego Padres in a major move that completely changed the National League.

With a $23 million deal for the 2023 season, the young outfielder is settling into Southern California and severing his last connections to the nation’s capital.

His 1,160-square-foot, two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is for sale.

The house is situated back from the street on a little less than a quarter of an acre, at the end of a long, sloping driveway.

The house has been “lightly lived in,” according to the description, so the recent upgrades are essentially immaculate.

The kitchen now has high-end appliances and countertops, and the house has neutral color schemes, gas lighting, and remote-controlled blinds.

The bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and the main living area has an open concept that facilitates traffic flow. There is a spacious soaking tub in the master bedroom.

A well-kept rear patio and a grassy, enclosed yard are perfect for entertaining or unwinding.

Soto, a 19-year-old Dominican native, finished second in the 2018 National League Rookie of the Year Award voting.
