New year, new Meghan Markle. In 2025, the Duchess of Sussex is looking forward, having rejoined Instagram on January 1 and following up with a teaser of her new Netflix series today. While Meghan’s latest moves show a fresh start, she also paid tribute to her past. Specifically, she honored her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, with a sweet sartorial nod.

The trailer for Meghan’s new show, With Love, Meghan, includes clips of the former actress cooking in the kitchen with different celebrity guests, tending to her garden, and shopping for flowers. With each outfit change, Meghan kept one thing subtly consistent: She accented each of her effortlessly chic ensembles with Diana’s gold Cartier Tank Française watch.

The accessory perfectly elevated her many get-ups, which included a creamy cashmere sweater vest and matching skirt, a medium wash Canadian tuxedo, a blue-and-white striped button-down shirt, a beige knit T-shirt, a camel overcoat, a powder-blue linen blouse, a casual gray T-shirt, a black tank top, a jean summer dress, and even a crisp white beekeeping suit. She complemented the universal timepiece with dainty gold bangle bracelets, small gold hoop earrings or pearl studs, gold chain necklaces, and various rings, including her three-stone diamond wedding band.

According to Women’s Wear Daily, the watch was a gift from her husband, Prince Harry; Meghan first started wearing the accessory publicly in 2020. The item has since become a go-to in Meghan’s jewelry collection. Back in August, the Suits alum sported the sentimental piece during a visit to the Afro-Caribbean village of San Basilio de Palenque. At the time, she wore a monochromatic white ensemble that consisted of a linen maxi skirt and a sleeveless top, along with black sandals, a Maison Michel straw fedora, and Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses.

With Love, Meghan represents a new era for the former senior royal. It will serve as somewhat of an onscreen counterpart to her other lifestyle venture, American Riviera Orchard. Meghan announced the eight-episode series with a wholesome caption.

“I have been so excited to share this with you! I hope you love the show as much as I loved making it,” she wrote alongside the trailer. “Wishing you all a fantastic new year! Thanks to our amazing crew and the team @netflix. Beyond grateful for the support—and fun!”
