Emily in Paris season 4’s first look teases pregnancy fallout

Netflix has released a batch of first-look photos for Emily in Paris season four, teasing the fallout of season three’s big cliffhanger.

In the season three finale, Camille (Camille Razat) decided against marrying Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) during their vows. Instead, she announced to the congregation that her almost husband was in love with Emily (Lily Collins) and had been ever since he first met her.

While it at first looked like the path was finally clear for Emily and Gabriel to act on their feelings for one another, Gabriel dropped a bombshell.

“Emily, there’s something you don’t know. Camille didn’t come back from Greece to revive our relationship. She came back to tell me that she’s pregnant,” he shared.

However, in some new first-look photos for season four, Emily and Gabriel look cosy together as they raise a drink in the restaurant. Will they pursue their romance?

It also looks like Emily has managed to patch things up with Alfie (Lucien Laviscount) as they sit side-by-side at an event. Fans will know Alfie was left heartbroken in the season three finale due to Camille’s declaration of love for Emily on behalf of Gabriel.

Elsewhere, Camille and Emily are either have a stand-off (after all, Emily is the only one who knows about Camille’s affair with Sofia) or a heart-to heart.

The official logline for season four reads: “After the dramatic events of Camille and Gabriel’s misbegotten wedding, Emily is reeling: She has strong feelings for two men, but now Gabriel’s expecting a baby with his ex, and Alfie’s worst fears about her and Gabriel have been confirmed.

“At work, Sylvie is forced to confront a thorny dilemma from her past for the sake of her marriage, and the Agence Grateau team navigates personnel shakeups. Mindy and the band prepare for Eurovision, but when funds run dry, they’re forced to get thrifty.”

The synopsis continues: “Emily and Gabriel’s chemistry is undeniable as they work together towards a Michelin star, but two big secrets threaten to undo everything they’ve dreamed of.”

Emily in Paris season 4, part 1 will drop on August 15. Part 2 will follow on September 12.
