Megan Thee Stallion claims ‘psychological warfare’ as she files restraining order against Tory Lanez

Megan Thee Stallion is filing for a restraining order against Tory Lanez after she claimed he’s still making moves to affect her while he’s locked in prison.

Megan Thee Stallion Files Restraining Order Against Tory Lanez

Megan Thee Stallion wants nothing to do with Tory Lanez after he was sentenced to 10 years for shooting the star in 2020.

While Tory is behind bars, Megan claims he’s still making attempts to contact and harass her. She filed for a restraining order from him, citing the alleged use of bloggers like Elizabeth Milagro Cooper, according to court documents obtained by the Mirror. She claimed Tory is encouraging bloggers to spread lies for which Megan sued Elizabeth for earlier this year.

A look at prison phone logs lead Megan to call his alleged actions a “coordinated effort” to execute “psychological warfare” against her. In fact, Megan’s lawyers point to Zelle records which indicate that Tory’s father allegedly paid Milagro $3,000 between Oct. 28, 2020 and March 3, 2022.

Megan claimed his alleged actions caused her mental health to slip, including inducing depression. In her lawsuit against Elizabeth, the WAP rapper claimed she was acting as a “mouthpiece and puppet” for Tory, including allegedly spreading a “deepfake pornographic video” of the musician. During this lawsuit, Megan said in a statement: “It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life.

“I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists. It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”

In response, Elizabeth confirmed she was aware of the lawsuit, but didn’t go much further into detail.

Megan Thee Stallion Files for a Restraining Order Against Tory Lanez

In Dec. 2022, the court found Tory guilty of three felonies regarding the July 12, 2020 shooting. The event happened after Tory and Megan left Kylie Jenner’s Hollywood home when an argument broke out. According to prosecution, Tory shot at Megan’s feet when she exited the car, leaving a wound and bullet fragments in her feet. She made the information publicly available a month later on Instagram Live.

At the trial, Megan said: “I don’t want to be on this Earth. I wish he would have shot and killed me if I knew I would go through this torture.”
