Are you wondering why people still talk about Meghan Markle and the red Carolina Herrera dress? She has worn the dress twice, with alterations for the second time. She attended the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Gala in the dress, which is tacky, inappropriate, and an eyesore.

Meghan Markle First Wore The Dress At The Salute To Freedom Gala

Meghan Markle first wore the dress at a Salute to Freedom gala in November 2021. Back then, the dress had a long train, which she removed in favor of a long slit in the front and figure-hugging silhouette.

On both occasions, the dress was hideous and poorly fitted. Frankly, it should have been burned after the first wear.

Meghan wearing the altered dress not better

The new alteration of the dress was still incredibly offensive. She recycled the dress and went to the CHLA charity event, looking tasteless and unkempt. The dress’s construction was extremely awkward, and the ensemble was simply unflattering.

As a royal, Meghan Markle should look well-put together, classy, and sophisticated, but the only thing she manages to accomplish is looking like a trashy D-list actress.

If she had gone to the event, Princess Catherine would have worn something enchanting, floaty, and loose-fitting. She would also have worn something more appropriate for a gala held for sick kids.

Kate always looks stunning and elegant like a royal should look. If you didn’t know Meghan was the Duchess of Sussex, you would think she was just another Hollywood wannabe, especially in that mess of a dress.

The dress was also too low-cut for a CHLA event. Meghan sometimes needs to try and look sexy, even when it’s the wrong occasion to do so. It looked like that’s what she was attempting to achieve, but she just looked desperate and a pale imitation of a true royal.

Princess Kate’s Style Is Classy And Refined

When it comes to fashion and royal galas, Kate always hits a high note. For example, at a dinner at the British Embassy, Kate dazzled in an ice-blue shimmering floor-length gown by Jenny Packham adorned with crystals and sequins. She looked classy and ethereal, the way a royal should.

Another example of Kate’s majesty is when she wore a gorgeous, glittering golden gown designed by Jenny Packham for the premiere of the James Bond film No Time To Die. It would be difficult for another woman to try wearing this dress after Kate. She looked that beautiful.

Beautiful Gold Gown

For another movie premiere, “Top Gun: Maverick,” Kate stunned in a black-and-white off-the-shoulder dress by Roland Mouret. It was a simple and modern gown that showed off her petite frame. The dress was called a “Lamble gown.” She looked amazing.

Kate is true to the royal title she embodies: the Princess of Wales. She has a timeless fashion sense that never fails to impress. She wears a lot of Jenny Packham, and she wears it well.

Meghan doesn’t even hold a candle to Kate. She chooses tacky clothes. Many of her outfits don’t look like she fits her role as the Duchess of Sussex.

The dress she wore to CHLA was yet another example of Meghan’s poor fashion choices. It screamed, “Notice me.” Meghan should take a page from Princess Catherine’s book and dress elegantly and appropriately for the occasion.
