It might be the perfect time for the Marvel Cinematic Universe to introduce this Marvel Villain

When the Marvel Cinematic Universe began to first toy with the concept of Multiverse, fans who were yet strangers to the World of Marvel Comics had little idea about the implications (read: multiple character introductions). The introduction of Kang might be the most consequential for the MCU, while the introduction of Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine have garnered the most hype.

Amidst all this, there is one character that could best be introduced with the anti-hero. Marvel’s Deadpool & Wolverine has the perfect chance to ease an iconic Marvel villain into the MCU, setting his story up perfectly.

Deadpool & Wolverine would be the perfect chance for introducing Dracula

With Marvel’s forays into the array of mystery, and horror, with Morbius and Werewolf by Night, and Blade lines up to be released soon, there is one Marvel villain whose introduction is not faroff – Dracula. A mainstay in the Comics (courtesy his Tomb of Dracula fame), the character has yet to be introduced in the MCU. And Deadpool & Wolverine could provide the perfect chance to introduce him to the fold.

In the upcoming flick, Deadpool finds himself getting caught in a multiversal mix-up and at odds with the TVA. While the trailer depicts him teaming up with Wolverine, fans could be lucky enough to see him team up with Dracula.

Dracula and Deadpool go way back

In the Marvel comics, the merc was seen teaming up with Dracula, going on to terrorize the people of Greece. Wade Wilson would even go on to retrieve the vampire queen Shiklah in order to aid Dracula to gain control of her territory.

Seeing the duo team up would add quite the punch to the Hugh Jackman starrer. It would be the first time that fans of MCU would witness vampires in action. Introducing him would take the movie’s Box Office returns to another level. And his introduction would have quite the bearing on the future of MCU itself, taking into account how Blade is all set to make its MCU debut.

Dracula could also pave the way for Blade’s MCU entry

In Marvel Comics, the introduction of Blade was preceded by The Tomb of Dracula series. Following the same formula in the MCU might not be a bad option on the part of Marvel Studios. After all that would provide them the perfect chance to plan ahead for the Mahershala Ali starrer (a post credit appearance could also be on the cards).

While fans will still hold their horses on the Dracula bus, but it isn’t a possibility that can be ignored. And the opportunity is one that Marvel executives will find hard to let go. What better chance to introduce a character of Dracula’s ilk in one of their most hyped movies in the post-Endgame era.

His introduction would only take the movie on the path to Box Office success.
