Tory Lanez is not backing down in his attempt to clear his name after his conviction for assaulting Megan Thee Stallion.

The rapper has now described the allegations of harassment leveled against him by Megan as unfounded amid vows to prove his innocence and regain his freedom from incarceration.

Tory Lanez’s new statement comes weeks after Megan Thee Stallion recanted her initial claim that she never had a sexual relationship in her newly released documentary.

The Canadian rapper’s attorney urged the public to take Megan’s petition for a restraining order with a pinch of salt and added that her claim “that Tory filed legal docs to undermine her new Amazon Prime documentary is ‘ridiculous.'”

The “Savage” singer accused Tory of waging psychological warfare by sending his social media minions and bloggers to spill dirt on her name and public image online.

Megan’s legal team confirmed that they had proof linking the artist to a popular blogger who has been disparaging her. They also shared that they have financial records of multiple transactions totaling about $3,000 between Elizabeth Milagro Cooper and Tory’s father between October 2020 and March 2022.

Tory’s team has, however, dismissed the claim, noting that the payment was not related to the case between him and the rapper. Per TMZ, His attorney emphasized that people need to stop swallowing Megan’s false narratives since she now admits to lying to Gayle King about her sexual relations with Tory.

Megan demanded that Tory stop harassing and attacking her image via third parties in the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

As reported by The Blast, she explained that the incarcerated rapper had orchestrated and encouraged slanders and campaigns against her on social media before and even during his current stay in prison.

“Even now, while behind bars, Mr. Peterson shows no signs of stopping. Despite being sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Ms. Pete, Mr. Peterson continues to subject her to repeated trauma and revictimization,” her attorney noted.

Megan’s attorney added that they got a hold of prison call logs from the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi, which showed that he had been ordering hits against her professional and personal image via different online outlets.

Megan continued in her lawsuit that a few bloggers were working with Tory to coordinate attacks on her and discredit her allegations by making false claims, including narratives that the gun and bullet fragments in the case were missing.

Her attorney revealed that the protective order issued to prevent the previous harassment is no longer effective, describing it as a loophole and a flaw in the criminal justice system.

The petition accused Cooper, who is also now being sued in a separate lawsuit, of acting as the artist’s “puppet and mouthpiece.” Megan accused the influencer of using her social media platforms and YouTube to make false assertions about her case with Tory.

According to the suit, Cooper posted a video on X, claiming, “Can you even prove she was shot?” and referred to Megan as a “professional victim” in another post.

Megan, who appeared on Gayle King’s show in 2022, debunked the claim that she and Tory were hooking up as the plot thickened in their case.

She accused Tory of aiming a firearm at the back of her feet and screamed “dance b—ch,” as she walked away from an SUV in which they rode to the party at Kylie Jenner’s Hollywood Hills home.

Now, Megan is claiming a sexual relationship indeed happened, and it could be more than once. The actress explained that she initially denied it because the question came out of nowhere.

Despite the new revelation, Megan reiterated that her feelings about the attack had not changed, and her confession should not change the public’s perception of the incident.

Tory’s legal team set the ball rolling on appealing his sentence shortly after Megan dropped the revelation. Ceasar McDowell, the CEO of Unite the People, the nonprofit law firm representing Tory, immediately issued a statement.

“The fact that Megan lied about her sexual relationship with Tory obviously makes her an unreliable witness. If someone lies in front of millions of people, how can you trust what they say any other time?” McDowell declared.

The attorney affirmed that the rapper would appeal his sentence, stating that the motion “includes previous false statements made by Megan.” This development came a year after the artist received his 10-year sentence.
