However, with his true identity of Billy Maximoff being revealed, it is hard to imagine the character not taking center stage going forward.

Agatha All Along‘s new trailer proves that Billy’s role will become dramatically different now. This will be spearheaded by the exploration of his backstory after the question of what happened to Scarlet Witch’s sons became a major talking point after WandaVision. Overall, Agatha All Along‘s midseason trailer drastically increased my excitement for the last four episodes. I have liked Agatha All Along more than most thus far, holding the opinion that it is simply a spooky, fun, campy ride through the world of Marvel witchcraft. This all remains true, but I am now even more excited for the show to delve deeper into Agatha All Along‘s place within the wider MCU via Billy’s journey. It seems that my wishes will come to fruition after the teases found in Agatha All Along‘s midseason trailer.

Another element of the Agatha All Along midseason trailer that caught my eye, or more aptly, my ear, came from Aubrey Plaza’s Rio Vidal. The theory of Rio being the MCU’s version of Lady Death is one I have heavily invested in, and the trailer adds more fuel to that fire. Rio can be heard saying that all roads lead to her in the Agatha All Along midseason trailer, hinting that she is the incarnation of Death in the MCU after all.
