A royal expert has suggested Meghan Markle might be feeling ‘annoyed’ after Prince William’s surprise reunion with former Sussex friend David Beckham went viral.
Meghan Markle might be feeling “annoyed” following Prince William’s reunion with her former friend David Beckham, a royal expert has suggested.
The Prince of Wales was joined by David at RAF Northolt on Tuesday to mark the successful completion of the London Air Ambulance’s ‘Up Against Time’ campaign, which raised £16million ($21million) for two new helicopters. This gathering took place just
There was a time when Harry and Meghan were friends with David and his wife Victoria, who even attended their 2018 wedding. But rumors suggest their friendship has now ended.
During an interview with Andrew Gold, royal expert Kinsey Schofield was asked if William’s latest appearance with David could potentially “annoy” Meghan. Speaking on Gold’s YouTube channel, Schofield said: “Yes, I do think that this is something that will annoy Meghan Markle.”
She continued: “After two weeks of bad press since Prince Harry’s been gone. I just think that she’s probably livid right now, based on the reaction that she’s getting from all of these stories. She’s had to deal with that while Prince Harry’s been out of town.
“That’s gotta be incredibly hard for her. And then to see this kind of victory moment from Prince William. A victory moment that she would tell you it should have been Harry’s moment after the WellChild awards, that would be upsetting to her.”
Another expert claimed Harry and Meghan Markle are “at odds” with David and Victoria. Rumors suggest the Beckhams even favor William and Kate Middleton over the Sussexes.
This idea gained more traction when William, joined by David, was spotted inspecting a new air ambulance helicopter, with the event occurring just hours after Harry’s rare UK visit. William, as the patron of the London Air Ambulance charity which launched its Up Against Time appeal, was in attendance to check out the new H135 helicopters.
Richard Eden has suggested it’s not surprising that the Beckhams would be at odds with Meghan and Harry, especially after the Royal Family feud left David and Victoria less than impressed. Eden noted that David is a staunch royalist “who would stand up for the Queen’s Speech every Christmas, dressed in his Sunday best.”
He also mentioned that “years later, he queued for 12 hours to view the Queen’s coffin when her body was lying in state.” Moreover, Eden said: “Both David and Victoria put great importance on family and would never, ever turn on their relations the way that Harry and Meghan did.”
