US Attorney General GOES OFF: ‘Violent Terrorists GET OUT!’—Immigrants SLAMMED HARD

US Attorney General Pam Bondi warned illegal immigrants after the Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration to resume deportation flights. Calling it a “landmark victory,” Bondi said, “I’d start self-deporting if I were you.”

US Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a warning to illegal immigrants after the Supreme Court gave the Trump administration the green light to resume deportation flights.

The court decision lifted a temporary pause imposed by a judge appointed under the Obama administration. This is being considered a big victory for President Donald Trump’s push to stop illegal immigration.

Speaking on Fox & Friends, Bondi said, “Americans are safer (because of this ruling), and domestic terrorists, foreign terrorists, you’d better look out because we’re coming after you. I’d start self-deporting if I were you, because we are going to find you.”

The Supreme Court voted 5-4 to allow the government to utilise the Alien and Enemies Act, a law from 1798 enacted during wartime, to expel Venezuelan citizens. They are believed to be members of the violent Tren de Aragua gang.

Although the decision allows deportations to restart, it also guarantees that individuals who are detained will be able to challenge detention via habeas corpus, a judicial right to ask whether a person is being detained legally.

Bondi explained how the process will now be quicker and more direct. She said, “From this point forward, the [habeas corpus] hearings will be held in the Court of Confinement, which means in Texas, so it will be a much faster hearing. They can’t do class actions. It will be a much smoother, simpler hearing, and these people will be deported.”

PAM BONDI CRITICISES LIBERAL JUDGES

The order comes after a temporary injunction issued by US District Judge James Boasberg, suspending the deportations for 14 days to examine the case more thoroughly. The order was later upheld by a federal appeals court in a 2-1 vote.

The judges trying to hold up the deportations faced criticism from Pam Bondi. She said, “These liberal district judges thought that they could control our entire country’s policy, Donald Trump’s policy on keeping America safe. They cannot do it.”

She also stated that it helps uphold the law and protect the country.

“This was a landmark ruling for the rule of law yesterday, and it’s so important because these flights will now continue. These terrorists they are alien enemies to our country, and we will continue to deport them. We are going to keep America safe, and a liberal district judge is not going to stop us,” Bondi said.
